Spiecapag is committed to driving positive change

Through our structured CSR approach and our fundamental values, we strive to integrate sustainability into our every aspect of pipeline construction while also enhancing community wellbeing and protecting the environment. The interest contracting authorities show in the matter proves how important our strategy truly is.

CSR challenges

Spiecapag’s extensive experience in pipeline construction has shown that performance depends on our ability to actively listen to all stakeholders, build genuine and constructive dialogue, and work collaboratively throughout each project.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility approach is regularly assessed against ISO 26000.
Thanks to the implementation of this action plan, Spiecapag has achieved Level 3 out of 4 of the Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment Label, Engagé RSE.

The environment and sustainable production

The environment and sustainable production

We develop tangible ways to minimise the environmental impact of our operations as well as initiatives to enhance sustainability and better optimise resources through the circular economy. To achieve our target to reduce direct greenhouse gas emissions (scopes 1 and 2) by 40% by 2030, we use innovative tools to draw up projected carbon assessments and monitor the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our operations.

Employees

Employees

Accross worksites and at head office, we apply the principles of diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities to all our employees.

As such, each year we publish our workplace gender equality index, in accordance with regulatory requirements. This indicator assesses our practices in wages, career development and representation.

The results enable us to identify areas for improvement and monitor actions implemented.

Financial results

Financial results

As a company that operates all around the world, generating 70% of its revenue outside France, Spiecapag has maintained strong financial earnings, despite the challenging economic environment. Our rigorous management practices support our financial performance, and we guarantee employees receive a fair share of this success through the profit-sharing incentive plan agreed with the Works Council.
